August 31, 2009

Wow Summer is offically coming to an end here. I can already feel the fall weather setting in. I really do love fall though. The only thing I do not like about fall is that Winter is right around the corner and here that means SNOW SNOW SNOW. I am not fan. Winters seem to drag by around here. I feel trapped in the house....

Things are going good. I got Will's room finally cleaned out and ready for his crib to be moved in. Yes he is still in our room. LOL I Love having him in there and like to know he is close by, however When it is officially fall I think it is time to move him down to his own room. He is waking up a lot at night right now leaving me to wonder if it is us waking him with our shuffling.

well Dylan is home from school. Off to help with homework...

Yikes... August 29th....

Well I am officialy a BLOG liar. I promised to write more and once again the business of life took over.

Dylan is not officially a 4th grader as of last week. He thinks it is great and loves his teacher. She is the best teacher in the whole school according to him. I think he has said this every year. He is playing soccer and seems to love it....

The baby will be 9 months old tomorrow and is getting around the house just fine with his fancy army crawl and getting into anything he can get his hands on ..

Mason is being Mason, I have chosen to call him "Spirited" instead of naughty. LOL

Well we are off to a family function. So I need to go make some brownies. I plan on BBL to update pictures, but we all know how that goes with me...=-)

July 25th 2009

I find myself over here again. Way behind posting as as usual. I am sure when Summer (what we have had for a Summer with all this rain) comes to and end then we will be giving you much much more updates of our family. ( you can't wait right) LOL

So my mom was in the hospital for the better part of last week. They never did find the cause and she is home recovering. So scary.

Will is now finally sitting up and eating every baby food. I am nervous to try him on finger foods so I will prob. wait another months or so. He has the worst gag reflex and can not even do a cracker right now. It kind of scares me! =-)

Dylan is doing good. I think he is hitting the point of Summer where he is almost tired of being home. Although we are always on the go. He does like returning to school and is excited for his new teacher this year.

Mason is Mason and is as crazy as always. He is go go go and then just drops at the end of the day. No more naps for him. Which is too bad. Some days I could really use the hour in the afternoon to get more done.

Well I hope everyone is having a great Summer ... we are trying to enjoy what is left of ours. We took a short trip to NH and the kids had a ball. We stopped at some water falls along the way and Dylan learned some new language in the rest area which he shared with us when he got in the car, but luckily had NO clue what it meant. Oh man was that weird. =-)

July 12th, 2009

Wow.
I def. get the award for not posting for the longest time once again.

I am so sorry. I think I just got busy with Summer and depressed from all the rain.

We have had much better weather the last week. We have not stopped. We did our usual 4th of July into camp and then we went to visit my parents where they were camping. We did that three days last week. The kids had such fun that I think I will book a site for us next year for 3 nights or so.

Not much new here. William is NOW 7 months old.
So crazy how times flies. My last baby is 7 months...... SAD =-(
He can sit up when he feels like it but rarely feels like it. He prefers to drop to the ground and just log roll across the floor. Pretty funny. Still no teeth.

Mason is 3 years and almost 4 months. Same old spunky Mason. He likes to get his way and when he does not LOOK OUT.

Dylan currently 9 years and 2 months......... Still such a good boy. Can have a bit of an attitude.

We are leaving for Santa's Village this week and the kids can not wait....

Well it is Sunday morning and I NEED to get some chores done and the baby down for his nap.....

Monday June 22, 2009

The day began again with more rain.....

I do not think we are do for sun until at least Thursday. So basically it will have rained for over a week. Yikes. The kids are going stir crazy......

I am starting to also. I am trying not to use up all our rainy day Summer fun ideas in one week just because it has rained so much. I would like to go to the museum, the movies, Jokers. Ect... but I want to save those ideas for when it rains once in a week. Not use them all up days in a row.

So not much planned for this rainy week ahead. Dyl. has an appointment tomorrow at 9am and besides that not much going on....

Another Rainy Day

We have had one nice day in the last 5 and the rest of them it rained. I am really getting tired of all the rain. It is Summer. We are suppose to be able to be outside running and playing. Not watching the rain poor down from the windows. I guess it could be worse. They just start to go stir crazy inside here and I do not blame them. I also do.

Yesterday was our first full day of Summer vacation. We went to the boys doctors appointments. They each got their shots. Then we headed to Roy's and went mini golfing and ate lunch. It was a lot of fun to watch them play. Dylan as always took it so seriously and was not impressed the Mason was the exact opposite. =-)

Well not sure what we have in store for this rainy day, but one thing is sure. I have learned that if I can keep them busy. Everything is much smoother.

Off to make blueberry muffins...

June 17th, 2009 SCHOOLS OUT FOR THE SUMMER

Dylan is officially out of school for the summer as of 12 today. I can not wait. I am sad to see this year end for him. It was a great year and I loved his teacher and was very comfortable with her. However I am very excited to being out Summer. Summer and Fall are my favorite times a year and this is what I have to look forward to for the next few month.

We are heading off to camp today....
